I have been trying for weeks to reach someone at their number & no one has picked up. Even if I call numerous times a day at all different hours...
This has to be the worst site I have ever tried to use. They make it almost impossible to register for an account. Then it is impossible to access. I have reset my password more times than I can count and then can't sign in again. I don't know about the accuracy of their tests, but if it is anything like their website, it is not good. And just so you know I am pretty computer savvy having run a web based business since 1992.
Real low dirty operation. Try to avoid at all costs. If you're dr uses them try to go somewhere else. This place is NOT professional. They make mistakes and blame you. Use Labcorp. Or quest. Trust me. I hate leaving negative reviews but im honestly trying to help you.
This conpany is the worst ! Im currently being sued by them for a service that was rendered via third party back in 2021. Long story short, Accu and BCBS made a mistake and now they have sued me qnd countless women who were pregnant during the year of 2021
