They gave our realtor an estimate and haven’t received a copy of what it entailed. Of course the estimate was great but now there are multiple excuses why they haven’t sent a detailed estimate of what the quoted amount covers. Not sure what happened to this company. We’ve previously used them and we’re satisfied with their work about seven years ago. I’m done begging for the detailed estimate and we’ll go elsewhere.
When they did the leveling on our house they jack hammered holes in the concrete. Leveled the house good but then poured concrete into the holes and never leveled the concrete. It was above the slab leaving me the chore of grinding all the concrete smooth to existing concrete. For the price they should have smoothed it out. Good luck

A cautionary tale to anyone looking at this company for foundation repair. We bought a house with previous foundation work from this company, and they have not stood by their "lifetime warranty". We dutifully transferred the foundation warranty to our name after closing, however, upon finding that the previous piers placed by them needed to be adjusted, they stopped all communication.
