Professional, great customer service, and most importantly, our basement is now DRY. We had Accu-Dry seal the foundation cracks in our basement when we moved into our new house in May of 2023 and we haven't seen a drop of water since. After removing some framing around a window we were going to have replaced, we noticed a few small cracks that weren't included in the original scope of work. They came out and repaired these too, free of charge. Can't recommend them enough.
