Shamus was very professional, knowledgable and nice. He explained what he had done and had to replace. He answered my questions very well. He explained other services that was available to me without any type of pressure. Good upsale.Very pleased with the whole experience. Will continue to use Accu-Air. My experience with ACCU-AIR was Great! The HVAC tech was pleasant, very knowledgeable! He found the issue with my air conditioner, informed me what steps would be used to repair it, and fixed it! It was a same day repair. I give a shout out to Austin, and Tara for a quick response and repair. I highly recommend ACCU-AIR for air and heating problems. Thank you ACCU-AIR!

We had an emergency air failure at our medical office that needed attention immediately, as that particular one keeps lab equipment at a cool temperature and it suddenly quit. I called Kara at AccuAir and she sent Austin out within 2 hours to check it. It needed replaced which I figured due to its age. They had the new one and two techs the next morning first thing and had it installed and running. It’s storming and pouring down rain but those guys did not waiver.
