Kelly was extremely helpful. He explained what he was fixing and why and also things I could do to make my furnace last.
I have used Accu-Air located in Kiefer for a few years now and they are absolutely the best. Charles has went out of his way to provide me with supreme service. Very honest and reasonable rates. So glad to have finally found a HVAC company I can trust!
Wish there were more stars to give! When I called they answered right away (after hours to boot!) and were able to come out within the hour to find the problem and form a plan. They called back promptly the next morning and provided options/details and answered my many questions - I greatly appreciate that I was provided information for me to make the decision for what worked best for me and did not feel pressured to go with the higher cost option. Overall great customer service and workmanship! Call them for your air needs!
Fortunately, we had AccuAir to help us through this Summer with some serious AC issues. The first week that the bad heat set in our unit stopped working. Just like all the rest of the HVAC companies, these guys were slammed and that’s completely normal for the beginning of a season. Sandy took care of us and got us scheduled as soon as possible.
