Challenging to deal with on a good day. If you have a specialty medicine then you can't use the app or automated sysyen to order but you will have to listen to an ad for it every time you call. Something changed a few months ago. Now when I call they tell me my meds can be as much as $1400. I have always paid $50 with my copay and insurance. So far I am very pleased with Acredo, I just wish I knew how to load and use the Attentus shoulder bag supplied at the first.
