There has been an issue getting my medicine almost every time I need a refill. It takes multiple phone calls, I get told everything is fine, then my meds don't arrive. No one lets you know there is an issue, so you don't even realize there is a problem until your delivery day comes and nothing shows up. Worst company to deal with. I honestly don't know how they are still in business with how incompetent they are!
Challenging to deal with on a good day. If you have a specialty medicine then you can't use the app or automated sysyen to order but you will have to listen to an ad for it every time you call. Something changed a few months ago. Now when I call they tell me my meds can be as much as $1400. I have always paid $50 with my copay and insurance. They say they can't tell me what it will cost because "no order has been generated, no order shipped". How is that different from my local pharmacy, the lab, my doctor? Or the previous 5... read more
So far I am very pleased with Acredo, I just wish I knew how to load and use the Attentus shoulder bag supplied at the first.
