This specialty pharmacy is horrific. I am forced to use them due to my new insurance and it has been a horrible experience every single time.
I really appreciate how ya'll let me know at the last second my copay assistance is out so I cant get my life saving medicine. Do better
If they could have a 0 it would be 0/5 stars. Terrible service, and lack of communication and intelligence. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU WANT YOUR MEDICATIONS OR EVEN HAVE YOUR MEDICATIONS ON TIME. More problems with them than any other pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. My insurance is forcing me to use it.Goodluck surviving their customer service or at all, I hate this pharmacy so much I will leave my insurance company do that u can go back to panther . Get out if you can !
I would give zero stars if I could. I never get my medication on time. I have to fight for it every month. You never get anyone that speaks any sort of good English you can hardly understand them. This place needs to be shut down. It is awful! These are specialty medications and needed for quality of life not a vitamin. They should be more on top of it.
