I would give zero stars if I could. I never get my medication on time. I have to fight for it every month. You never get anyone that speaks any sort of good English you can hardly understand them. This place needs to be shut down. It is awful! These are specialty medications and needed for quality of life not a vitamin. They should be more on top of it.

If your insurance does not force you to use Accredo like ours does, do not, under any circumstances use them! They commit billing fraud regularly and then lie and refuse to take care of it. I am stuck on the phone for 5-6 hours every single month to refill my husbands much needed medication so he can continue to live his life without crippling pain. One star because I can’t leave less. Horrible customer service. I have made 6 calls & still do not have my injectable med. The 4th call I was told someone would call me back, waited 2 weeks, still no phone call back. I called today. Was told my portion was $994. Excuse me, I have 2 insurances + a copay card. I NEVER had issues with Optum specialty & knew exactly what I owed when the medicine shipped, I wish they were still my primary pharmacy. Because i changed my advantage plan, I had to change my specialty Pharmacy for the generic Stelara injection. My shot was do Jan. 6th. It is now Feb. 6th and I have still not received my shot. after 3 phone calls with Accredo, setting up the online account, setting up a co-pay assistance account, nothing has been shipped to my. This pharmacy that I am FORCED to use due to my insurance is letting me go without my medication because a billing issue on their end. To make matters worse they spoke with the manufacturer who guaranteed to pay it at 100% within 7 days and they still will not fill it. EVERY TIME I have to deal with them it is an issue they have created and yet I am the one who does not get my medication.
