Bad customer service experience. They use AI for their customer service and can't redirect you to an actual person to help you with your issue.
I would give -100 stars if that was an option.
Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. They play with people’s lives. Please run and never enrolled to get prescription from them. Always delay, mess up insurance information, last minute delays, blaming doctors and insurance and what not every single month and then deliver medication. They are absolutely ruthless and worst to deal with.
My insurance recently switched to this pharmacy. I’ve spoken to several employees on the “unknown delay” on my approved medication , somehow each person has been more useless than the last. I’ve now missed several doses because they can’t figure their own jobs out.
