Shipments always delayed when my baby needs this medication to live - very unprofessional find a new pharmacy
They are TERRIBLE!!!!!There is no organization and a failure with supplying medication, that they have a record of and the insurance is paying for. I would not recommend using them. If you have other choices or avenues to go, take those roads. TERRIBLE!!!! I have been dealing with them for a year and it is always the same mistake. Express Scripts was much better managed with clients. Life is not important with Accredo, only what your insurance is paying them.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Unhelpful. Rude. Incompetent. They will tell you one thing and do another. Just completely counterproductive and awful.
6 weeks of headaches with this company. They are the worse that I ever dealt with. Now I see why they are rated so low.
