Always dropping the ball.
Horrible. They keep giving me the run around for my meds that I was supposed to get 2 months ago. And still waiting. HORRIBLE.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT PENDING FOR THIS "PHARMACY" Is this a real pharmacy? Because I can't believe a pharmacy can be this bad. For over 2 months I have been trying to get medication approved for a senior in need. Every time you call, you are told something else. They promised to deliver the medication on 4 separate dates and then called saying it wasn't approved, when I have the approval. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one knows anything, ever. Every 3 months I have to spend literally hours on the phone with them to make sure my son’s medication is correctly processed. They’re atrocious and constantly hang up on me and my doctors office when they don’t have an answer. Terrible. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!!!!
Ill be honest with you, their customer service reps are top notch. They work with your insurance, will contact SaveOn when needed and I have never had a bad moment on the phone with them
