Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute worst pharmacy EVER. Every single month have issues with my chemo meds. Between them not sending it, canceling the order, forgetting to send it. This time they blamed the weather. Last time they said that my insurance was rejecting it which was also a lie. There’s a class action lawsuit against this company and I strongly suggest anyone dealing with similar issues join into the class action lawsuit. Just google it you’ll find it no problem.

Terrible service. If I didnt have to use them I wouldn't. They dont know how to process prescriptions and always confused. Prescription has been pending for over 1 month because they dont try to clarify with the Dr. or provide any updates.

Unfortunately my medication can only be supplied by Accredo (because of our insurance). I have been calling weekly since Dec to get this delivered in March and there's always an issue. Even after the MD submitted the authorization documentation 3x and the insurance company approves, Accredo still keeps bouncing it back and every phone call is "we'll submit xyz now, please call back in 3-4 days". Three months of delays. If I could use ANYONE else, I would.
