My experience with this pharmacy has been terrible. I have been purchasing specialty medication by mail order for over 18 years, and Accredo is the only pharmacy that has consistently caused delays of up to one MONTH (on a weekly medication!) due to poor communication, internal errors, ridiculous demands, and who knows what other reasons. Don't use this pharmacy under any circumstances! If your doctor uses them, tell them not to. Do not register on their website and do not add a payment method! They send out medication to your doctor without any authorization or without any payment, and you will then be billed for it. I am now receiving past due notices for hundreds of dollars for a medication that I do not use! Their reps do not speak or read English and I don't believe that they are even in the US. Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute worst pharmacy EVER. Every single month have issues with my chemo meds. Between them not sending it, canceling the order, forgetting to send it. This time they blamed the weather. Last time they said that my insurance was rejecting it which was also a lie. There’s a class action lawsuit against this company and I strongly suggest anyone dealing with similar issues join into the class action lawsuit. Just google it you’ll find it no problem.
Terrible service. If I didnt have to use them I wouldn't. They dont know how to process prescriptions and always confused. Prescription has been pending for over 1 month because they dont try to clarify with the Dr. or provide any updates.
