Accredo does not provide any type of courtesy call if your medication cost goes up because of insurance or co-pay assistance card contributions go down. Received a $470 bill from Accredo for meds that usually cost $15 a month. They shipped the meds as usual, then sent the bill two weeks later. They won't take meds back and do not provide courtesy call to let you know you'll be dinged. $470 won't break me, but what if the amount had been the total cost of the med without assistance - $6,500?
