Different information given in three back-to-back phone calls. Then when I brought that up, rep got super snippy and didn’t want to help me further.
They run smoothly when things are running smoothly HOWEVER! I was quoted a med price of $198 and bill for over $5000!!! I have called more than 15 times, been hung up on, lied to, shuffled and STILL no resolution! The day I saw the bill I began calling and even offered to send back the med… nope. I have put in , so far, 16 hours on the phone attempting to get resolution. They. Are. Terrible.
Avoid if it all possible. I had 5 conversations on 5 different occasions about my correct phone number in regards to communicating with me about my prescription then on the 6th phone call they still had it wrong. Among other things. Hard to believe this company is in charge of making sure people get their very importan medications.
Update: Again, I am only reviewing company not this specific location. The issue came down to some mix up internally that caused the creation of two accounts. Neither had the whole picture needed to complete things. Once it was all finally setup and going things a pretty simple with the app. I can go on there to request the order and delivery date which can be helpful to make sure you're going to be home that day for delivery.
