Almost killed my mother by not sending the meds after reading all these other reviews this place sucks
Very bad organization. Whenever they tell you that something is completed by your request , you find out they haven’t done it whenever you call. They lie all the time. Accredo is a fraudulent company in my opinion and they should be investigated. It took me 5 weeks to get my medication I needed for a medical condition.
It's painful talking to the reps here. For some reason, I was asked to call them to confirm my RX being sent to my dermatologist's office, which it always gets sent to them, not my home. I was repeatedly asked if I have taken this medication before (I've been quarterly injections for at least 5 years) as well as confirming the address of my doctor's office and this is already information that should be in front of them.
