These guys SUCK!! NEVER have I had a good experience, let alone a great one. Truly believe their mantra is 'frustrate and piss off the customer SOOO bad, they won't bother us anymore! Accredo is my new 4-letter word.
If you have a choice, do not use this company! There is a reason every review is 1 star. They send ur medication late, never update records or notes. Not departments communicate. I have been on a medication for years, flawless deliveries before. The moment I switched insurance which, and they only allows this company to dispense everything went bad. Every single dose was late, they have the same problems every 6 weeks I have to call and explain the same thing to them, no one wants to listen, and it’s hours of time wasted. Ev... read more
What a terrible experience my family had with this pharmacy. From the word go it was mistakes, complications and the inability to communicate. I was lied to and misled about a prescription. Beware!
Every month, my billing is messed up and requires a call to reiterate the same information. Deliveries get cancelled without notification, then reinstated.
