If you have a choice, do not use this company! There is a reason every review is 1 star. They send ur medication late, never update records or notes. Not departments communicate. I have been on a medication for years, flawless deliveries before. The moment I switched insurance which, and they only allows this company to dispense everything went bad. What a terrible experience my family had with this pharmacy. From the word go it was mistakes, complications and the inability to communicate. I was lied to and misled about a prescription. Beware!
Every month, my billing is messed up and requires a call to reiterate the same information. Deliveries get cancelled without notification, then reinstated.
TERRIBLE. Be prepared to be put on hold for an endless time once the agent gets sick of talking to you. They put you on hold for a certain length of time so that the customer service survey doesn't go on - the call just gets cut. So sad; people with serious health conditions are calling about incorrect billing issues, etc., and these people provide HORRIBLE customer service.
