One of the most broken companies I have ever had to deal with! How they make a nickel is difficult to understand, the level of MESSED UP IS UNMEASURABLE!
I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is the absolute worst. I had one month of meds in June of 2025, and when I ordered the next month, all went well, I scheduled the date of delivery, which came and went. The meds just did not show up. I looked up my dashboard online and they cancelled it with NO contact or explanation. So I had to call them several times. Over a month of them saying they don't have prior authorization information from my physician. My physician has shown me that it has been sent. My insurance company has told me they have sent the information as well. Their negligence will literally cost people their lives
customer care agents are terrible. usually speak terrible English so communication on the issue is almost impossible. then they shuffle you to other agents and eventually hang up on you. they over bill so it's cheaper to get at the pharmacy monthly. I cancelled my subscription and will never use them again
