I have been extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. I'm currently on hold, after they have called me the past 8 days, for 34 minutes. I've spoken to them every week, the past 3 weeks so my prescription can be filled. I'm suffering from side effects from a medication that they switched me to from namebrand generic biosimilar. My physician has had to get involved, and the namebrand rx was sent April 15th. Cigna insurance approved, but Accredo still will not fill my rx and i will have to skip dos... read more
