I refinanced 5 duplexes, all similar, same type, same neighborhood within blocks of each other. They used the same comps on each. Yet, they would not give me a credit what so ever even though they used the same work on all of them. They charged me like they were doing 5 properties, with 5 different people, in 5 different towns. Not cool how they completely gouged me.
