Absolutely above and beyond service. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient in dealing with low down and morally corrupt insurance company. Bill and the rest of the team helped me resolve my matter to my satisfaction for a reasonable fee, which i'm sure the insurance company would never agreed to had i gone it alone.
