Have used Accredited Elevator for the last 7 years! Their technicians are very competent and thorough. We have never had a bad experience with them. I would definitely recommend their service!
Was driving behind a van advertising this company and they abruptly stopped in traffic and almost got into an accident.
This company is a scam. Their elevators are designed and installed with THEM in mind. Knowing they’ll be a need for endless repairs. Or UNNECESSARY repairs if you make the mistake of using them for service. STEER AWAY! If you have the misfortune of having one of their elevators in a home you purchased. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and steer clear Some of their former employees have shared their horror stories and how they’re encouraged to be dishonest.
Horrible service - avoid as much as you can. They have the worst customer service, in addition to bad elevators. Apparently the builders like them because they sell a cheap elevator, but it's the homeowners that get stuck with lemons. I had multiple issues with my elevator in SJ and their follow-through, inability to return phone calls, and failure to fix the inherent problems with their unit all contributed to their 1-star.
