This company just quoted us a price for a battery replacement while on site. And, then the tech called the office to find out how our "zone" would affect pricing and then increased the price by $140.00! Mind you the tech is already here on the job and with the battery and with a phone call increased the price. After getting past the first representative who essentially said "do you want the battery or not?" But, speaking to her manager got them to honor the first price quoted. A power surge fried our elevator electronics and we were without an elevator for over a year. Accredited Home Elevator diagnosed the issue and set up the repair our elevator. Greg our service technician showed up at our home and handled our repair in a caring and professional way. Greg took time to protect our home and explain any concerns we had with the job. I look forward to recommending Accredited Home Elevator and especially Greg in the future to our friends and neighbors.

Accredited Home Elevator did my install and handle my yearly maintenance. Customer service is top-notch and their service technicians are professional and friendly and explain clearly the service they performed. They also work around your schedule to make the jobs as convenient as possible. Rose in the office is friendly and gives quick replies. She recently helped us with an issue with prompt service! Highly recommend
