It cost me almost $8,000 to have my elevator repaired. There are wires exposed where they snapped the conduit and also the emergency access to the elevator has not been addressed. These are safety issues. We have called and emailed on multiple occasions, however we never receive a call back to rectify what they created. We were told in the beginning from Nicole that she had to talk to a manager! We sent photos to both Jen and Nicole and neither have called to schedule a technician to come fix these safety issues!
