Your service person Joe fixed our elevator today. He was very knowledgeable and quite personalbe . He represented your company well.
The technician diagnosed the problem and explained what caused the outage. He than checked every part of the elevator, servicing those areas that needed it. We were very happy with his prompt and couteous service.
Very poor customer service Did maintenance on my elevator Never received a report had a issue only a week after maintenance and was charged for something that was done during maintenance Charged my credit card for call and never received invoice for what was charged until after I complained
