This company did reasonably good work, but they have been sloppy with the paperwork for HPD, unnecessarily dragging out the process and putting undue strain to rectify documentation. The first time they forgot some of the work they were supposed to do, which required extra trips to the notary and repeated appointments with them and the city and the second time the paperwork was not properly filled out.
