I placed an order for a non dot physical and a tb skin test for Pelican Urgent Care in Slidell LA. I got the ecscreen in my email and it's for a location that's over 45 miles away. I called in to speak to someone and was told that that's the closest location that does these test. These test are simple and can be done at Pelican urgent care because I called them after the fact and set up an appt for $100 when your company changed me $248. Do Not use this company. They lie and take No Responsibility for intentionally miss leading an individual. Further stating the Only way to have a private test done is thru them. Refused to give even a partial refund. They will say anything to make a sale.
Be aware this is a scam don't give them your information. I don't know why they are still allowed to advertise on google even if there is a lots of complaints against them.

Was misinformed through their website by incorrect information which despite providing indisputable evidence the supervisor, Brian Stern, refused to issue me a refund and even went as far to say that it was my fault the information on the website is incorrect. This company and the whole process is a scam. Consumers beware! The only way that a person can get a hair follicle test on their own is to use these incompetent unprofessional companies. I had a very bad experience with this company and will never go back. I hope everyone thinks twice before going to this business for help. Please take this review into consideration and not go to this no good company for any needs you have.
