If you are looking for professional certifiers who don't cut corners, speak with Matthew at ABC Certifiers. I have worked with a lot of certifiers over the years but when it comes to knowledge of complex projects and progressing jobs without red tape, he is your man. If you want it completed properly, good advice and guidance throughout, you won't be disappointed engaging with Matthew. My assumption is the negative reviews relate back to builders or owners wanting to cut corners to get projects finished.
On time, did everything professionally and with a minimum of fuss. Probably helps when the builder does everything correctly as well. I feel for these guys when they have to report a bad job and get slammed in the reviews for just doing their job. For me they were great and explained everything well.
I am a nearby resident and would like to report that the construction site you certified has been playing loud bass music from around 7:30 AM. The noise is constant and highly disruptive to the neighbourhood. This shows poor site supervision and a lack of respect for surrounding residents. The excessive music has affected elderly people, young children, and those working from home. Worst certifiers ever. Please don't deal with Kevin or the office. I didn't pick him up and the builder was the one who picked it. Worst customer service and don't reply well to their clients, please do yourself a favor and check the certifiers yourself. I am taking this office to the fair trading
Terrible dealing with this mob. Massive God Complex issues. Matthew was on his own time the whole way throughout. He claimed that the job should of been closed out months ago, yet it took him 2 weeks to review a document only to tell us its referencing the wrong code. So back and forth with tradies only for him to pick on something again after it was amended, when he clearly could of told us everything that needed amending the first time. Stay clear, unless you enjoy going broke before they certify you.
