My study was on Sept 39, 2023...it's now Jan 2024 and no results. I called in December and was told the doctor was 3 months behind and results would be expedited. Still no results and calling again. Had the WORST sleep in the lab noisy - phones ringing, microwave, conversations...
I personally didn't go here but took a friend to sort out her husband's sleep issues and why after 2 months they still didn't send information from his sleep study anywhere... well there is a big foreclosure sign on the door saying they defaulted for $91,000 so they're not moving... even though the lab down stairs is lying saying they are/have moved to the boardwalk we all went there today and there are no free spaces and they are not in the building at all... Just a heads up
"12 to 14 weeks for technicians to get the sleep study results ready for the doctor" . Are you kidding me? You change your fax number without updating your website: GPs fax requisitions complete with personal health info, and that ends up where? Has anyone heard of Ontario's PHIPA at this joint? Who the hell is managing this place?
Terrible service, they do not return phone calls. It’s been over two months with no response or results. I’m going to look at booking somewhere else.
