I called AMI to explain financial situation. Rep expressed ZERO sympathies and ZERO customer assistance. Call was not intended to make a payment. Call is to explain customer financial issues. Got a letter from Clerk Of Courts intended to collect debt. They do not care how many jobs a person has and school status at this point.
