I have been trying for a one in half years to talk to the owner to cancel my service and go direct to zero. We had called 9 times and employees say they will give the message to the owner. I simply need to use zero for three months to print all my reports. They are charging me $545.00 a month for 4 transactions and one of them is theirs. All I need is a simply phone call. I love Accountingprose! My "number cruncher" Thomas is amazing. He has met with me in person a couple of times to explain reports. In addition, he has gone above and beyond to create custom Pro Forma's and enter budgets for me. He takes a genuine interest in the success of my business. Lastly, the owner, Cristina, is very responsive, helpful, and doesn't nickel and dime you over every little thing.
