I went into the office and it smelled horrible from cigarettes. I saw a burning cigarette in an ashtray on his desk. So gross! Then I was waiting to speak to his office partner who was with another client and I was on the phone finishing a conversation and he walked over to me, got in my face and told me how rude I was for being on the phone. Unbelievable! Bad customer service and experience. I would never give this guy my accounting business nor do my taxes....EVER!
