Used this tax office for many years and sadly when Nancy passed away a relative tried filling in Alicia well let me tell you she failed on my taxes she filled things out in correctly and cost me allot of money on top of blaming me for it being incorrect after 15 plus years we left
We are like most of you and have had our taxes done here and when they was on main st. There was a period of time we did go to a few different tax preparers and just wasnt pleased. As for mistakes made. Only once and one time is to many! It was the tax mans error. He put the tax year 2020 in a box that should have been zero. It was quite upsetting after paying them $100 plus. Great business, friendly and knowledgeable service
