We worked with Nury for our 2022 and 2023 taxes. She was amazing in 2022. And then things went south fast the following year. She was unresponsive (as other reviews mention) and misfiled our taxes. She said we would be getting a significant refund in 2023 from California but it was a "typo" and we actually owed. But we owed only because she filed our taxes incorrectly.
