Does not understand how backdoor Roths work and submitted an incorrect return that reduced refund. When asked to fix their error, I was ghosted. Also, in the last year I used their services, I submitted documentation in February but did not have return to review until days before deadline, with more backdoor Roth errors. Would not recommend their services. Edit: As noted in her reply, Nury did attempt to correct the erroneous return. But did it incorrectly. Nury is extremely attentive and proactive at helping us out with finances. She contacted us regularly with reminders told us about the impacts of extensions, and she took the time to sit with us and explain our bookkeeping with us. She’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable and her staff is also very attentive. I highly recommend her.
