I went to the office inside the main library on Woodward and I have had the best experience. Dae’Lon Simmond helped me with many tax years that I had skipped filing for and this year 2024. . . I had a horrible experience. The tax preparer asked no questions, she just typed. Did not ask about home heating credit or any other credits. This is the lowest amount in my refund I have ever received, I don't think she knew what she was doing.
