This organization is completely unprofessional and should not be trusted. The staff show no empathy or sympathy — instead of helping, they make faces, laugh, and play games while people seek assistance. I personally witnessed a senior citizen yelling in frustration because the staff were joking around instead of providing help. The IRS advised me to file my taxes by paper, which led me to assume this service was part of the library.
