Already getting a bad impression of this rat hole. First off I have a problem on account of the fact that I had a hard time after trying to reach someone after she tried to call me almost right away after she rang me today. They were great. The testing they gave me was right on target for the skills I told them I have. They were very professional and up front. They had checked my references by the time I got back home. I was looking for permanent placement, not temporary, but as a temp I could start working immediately. Permanent took a bit longer, but they started working on it right away and e-mailed me with potentials until I found the perfect position. Do not work for Office Team. Was sent out on an assignment that really had nothing to do with my skills (me needing a job .. i took the assignment). The company i was sent to was a professional company with unprofessional employees in there csr/dispatch department. (They should be on the show undercover bosses). This temp agency pimps out their temps to be verbally abuse at their clients sites. The entire temp pool at the clients site endured verbal threats and constantly telling us to not take breaks when we have work to do. Its illegal here in PA to deny an employee a 10 minute break after 4 hours of work. You call your recruiter and they a void you like the plague. I would not recommend anyone to use them for work. Avoid at all cost!

Their online registration system is full of bugs. I spent over an hour trying to get my information to stay put, but the system kept ignoring me. When I finally got my current information to take, it held on to old information that was several years old, and wouldn't let me delete it. It's still out there. If you sign up here, you could be in for some frustration.

Horrible customer service. Called, left a message with a person who was suppoed to call me back. I received no call back. I did receive an email dismissing me and indicating that they were not interested in even talking to me. I have 40 years of work experience. Their mistake as they missed an opportunity to place a more than qualified individual and earn themselves a commission. If I could have listed no stars I would have.
