I have to agree with the previous individuals response. After being put on hold for several minutes, I finally hung up. Perhaps this office could use some help in the customer service field. Their sister company, Robert Half, is not much better. The contact person fumbled around the entire time I was on the phone. She couldnt recall which job I applied for or where I last worked even though she had my resume. Individuals applying for employment should be treated with courtesy and respect.
