Super rude. Not helpful. Called and asked tons of questions after a simple return and never got any answers. Only thing they are quick to do is charge you. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! Save your self and look elsewhere.
Worst place I could have trusted with my taxes... There were numerous errors. To top it off nobody returned my calls, or emails to this day, other than an email to request payment. I still have numerous questions and have called numerous times to no avail...
Angela at Accountants Cabin provided excellent service to our HOA with short notice. All our information was able to be provided very efficiently on their website. Angela had our returns prepared very quickly. She took the time needed to walk me through the prepared return and answer all my questions. I learned more about HOA tax preparation from her than any of our prior preparers! I recommend that you check into Accountants Cabin to see if they can serve your needs!
