Highly recommend using Accountable for your couch and carpet cleaning needs. They did a spectacular job and took their time to make sure they got every inch of the couch cleaned. Especially having a cream couch with dogs that got it all dirty, I was highly impressed with how much they were able to clean up. They originally quoted me the amount but when they got done he dropped the price a little because it didn’t take him as long as he initially thought it would. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. They did a wonderful job, showed up on time, were friendly and professional, etc. However, they needed to come back afterward to do a little more work on one rug (mostly because my wife and I opted to keep it inside instead of leaving it out to dry properly) and they wouldn’t accept payment or even a tip and “just wanted us to be happy with the job”. That’s not something you see often these days. I’m impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Shand and Brian are amazing. Quick and friendly communication. Pricing is spot on and very affordable. We love that they are local and a small business. They are friendly in person and very thoughtful. Brian went above and beyond cleaning our carpets and furniture. He even took special care with our old wool Persian rug. It looks like new! Thank again guys!
I recently had my sofa cleaned by Brian, and I couldn't be happier with the service! He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and most importantly, he brought my couch back to life – it looks brand new again. Highly recommend his services! For reference, it was a large sectional and paid about $200 for the cleaning.
My couch looks BRAND new and I’m so grateful! Will definitely be always using accountable carpet cleaning for any other cleanings I need.
