Very Professional and always is willing to work with me on time frames and helping me out in anyway!
30 years of filling taxes this is by far the worse tax service office I have ever worked with. Zero communication from this office so unless you are a tax expert yourself or telepathic do not expect your taxes to be done in a timely manner. I have used them twice and had to pay penalties twice. Those are the only penalties I have had to pay in 30 years of filing.
