Great service, friendly people and customer service
I was looking for a new Mechanic's shop here in Stratford .. and I found one! The counter staff (K and M) are friendly and very knowledgeable, the Tech work is top-notch and the prices are within reason. I am very happy to have made the switch to Accountable Automotive!! When I first rolled into Accountable Automotive, my car sounded like it was auditioning for a role in a war movie—clanking and rumbling like a tank on its last mission. They will search out used parts to save on expense. Offer different options for repairs with the rationale behind these suggestions. The front desk staff are friendly & accomodating.
