Very professional, friendly and quick service.
Took my car here because of the excellent customer service. They did the repair I needed without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Unfortunately a few days after I got my car back, there was a problem with the work they did, but they owned it, fixed it, and treated me right, and I appreciate that. Excellent customer service, good people, honest mechanics, and reasonable prices.
I was completely satisfied with the work they did as well as getting my vehicle back on the road before Christmas. Mike was wonderful ! Kept me updated on the progress. Finally found a new shop to work on my car. Appreciate everything they did !
Highly recommend Accountable Auto Care! They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Also wanted to make a special note of their honesty- I was told that I urgently needed new suspension and brakes at another place and Accountable Auto Care said this was not the case and they would let me know when it was time to do these things. So grateful to have found an auto shop that I can trust!
