The Accountable Auto Care team took great care of my 2020 Rav4, it feels like I am driving a brand new car again. New tires, breaks, transmission fuel, and more. I went out of my way to make sure I got my car taken care of by mechanics I can trust.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS! The owner will over charge under deliver and make excuses for negligence in repairs.... Accountable Auto, wrong more like Lack of Accountability Auto. EDIT- Will not be using this shop moving forward. Take your vehicle elsewhere. I am deeply dissatisfied with this business. After spending almost $3,000 on repairs, my car remains unusable, and the owner, Mark, treated me with disrespect. I have lost confidence in their ability to properly diagnose or repair my vehicle. This mechanic has left major components unhooked, on multiple occasions, one of which resulting in total coolant loss. Four times in the I took my vehicle back. Living in Broomfield, this is the only place we take our vehicles. They take care of us and I love the loaners.
