I went in with neck, shoulder, & head pain & fatigue. Lady at the front told me after I had already signed in that my symptoms lined up with meningitis so I couldn’t be treated at the urgent care. She tells me to go to the er to get checked out when I tell them the exact same symptoms they did not even mention meningitis. The nurse practitioner, Carrie, was the only good part of my visit. She was very kind and helpful. The medical assistant was abrasive and the front desk lady was passive aggressive. The whole place was very bait and switch in terms of pricing and I never felt comfortable. Will not be returning.

Julie Rhodes is by far the best employee at that office! If you need any medical treatment she will go out of her way to make sure you leave satisfied! I love this women ! God bless you Julie! 🙏
