Don’t go here! You’ll turn in what you think is appropriate insurance, they won’t ask you enough questions to see if they can use it, and THEN they’ll talk ctap about you at the front desk loudly where everyone can hear!
This is not an urgent care. They will bill as private practice. Their customer service is horrible. Do not send your college aged children here. They are horrible at returning calls.
More than double the price of any urgent care in the area. Very few supplies and testing equipment. Will try to charge you a month later for no reason. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. If you call and ask for help they will just tell you to call back another day or to go somewhere else. Never again.
I had an excellent experience at Acordia. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The facility was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
