I found it very unprofessional that they just closed down the Warner Robins office and didn’t think they needed to know the clients that they had that went to them as a primary care provider.
Very convenient for me because I drive a truck for a living and I never know where I’m going to be from one day to the next. It’s hard to commit to an appointment because anything can go wrong between point A and point B. But after giving a target date for a return visit, I just show up, give or take a day or 2, or even a week or 2, and walk right in.
