Got in & out in a timely manner. The staff were all kind of & courteous. Thank you!
It is a shame to try to get medical attention you send messages and call the Kimberly can't even return a message. Then I set up an appointment for today can then I get a call from the office that Kimberly has called out seriously?? I know things happen but answer emails at least. I will not be back here when someone needs medical attention and can't get it and I'm still suffering from last week it is a pity to let patients go like this!!
This clinic is a blessing, my family and I love Dr. Kim and her staff. Starting from the big smile from the receptionist that greets us to the med assistant that walks us out . I highly recommend!!
These people has got it going on, even if you meet them on street they acknowledge you, "unusual for Rockford," they are very nice people,
