Dr. Hobday seemed nice at first. A woman in the office presented two treatments to me, probably a salesperson. She never let us choose. The option I wanted was one I knew would work. When they put the second option on I was apprehensive, because it's more work to maintain, and my son is 13. With that, I made sure he was wearing the retainer and bands every night to bed, and when he was home I was checking.
