I contacted Accord regarding the Lifetime Warranty provided on their ventilation products as one of my vents have become rusted. (Google did not allow photo to be attached). The lady that answered the phone said "I don't know about any lifetime warranty, let me check" after which she put the phone down and never came back to it. Does Accord have a lifetime warranty on their products as indicated on their product labels? It looks like false advertising
Great customer service. Brought a item direct from them and it had a small issue when we unpacked it. We contacted them with photos of item and within 10 min , they were on the phone and replaced item that afternoon. Will certainly use accord again. AA++
