This contractor gave a great price. In the long run, just a good price is not enough for long term satisfaction. It was unfortunate when the main contractor stated he injured his knee. I asked if he could have someone else finish the project, but he stated that he would do it. I felt bad having him come out, but since he didnt come out for 1-2wks, I figured that maybe he had time to heal.
