RecommendedBay View Tower #235 was everything we were looking forward to and more! Beautiful views, quiet relaxing surroundings and daily dolphins to watch were just what we needed. Also loved the absence of clocks - truly was beach time! Will definitely be back!
In October 2019, I booked a South Florida condo reservation with Scott at Accord through Trip Advisor's website for a stay in February 2020. At first, Scott was very accommodating, confirming the dates, answering questions, and accepting a down payment. In January 2020, just after Accord took my final payment, I received a message from Trip Advisor that the reservation had been cancelled due to an "issue" with the owner's calendar. Our family of 7 enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated amenities. We loved being near to the beach, the pool and a quick drive to Sanibel and Captiva.
