Our garbage disposal completely died over the weekend in our rental. Mark was absolutely AMAZING! He not only was quick with the assessment, but was able to fix it for us the same day!! Quick, professional, and all amazing guy!

Very unprofessional had questions for him and was told off over the phone. Would not recommend even reaching out to him unless you want to get yelled he lost my business and will not recommend anyone his way

I was ignored by my home warranty First American Home Warranty(do not use them) so I reached out to Mark at Accord Plumbing and Heating through a friend. Mark showed up early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the correct part and installed the fan motor that night. Most companies would have left me without A/C all night.He performed the proper maintenance, ensured the a/c unit worked properly, and left everything clean and orderly. I would definitely use him again for any service the company provides.

This weekend 7/15/23 my A/C broke. Yes, during a heat wave! I was referred to Mark Lopez who owns Accord Air Conditioning and Heating. With all the work he has going on this time of year, he managed to fit me in within 24 hours. He showed up at my house, came in, opened up the closet unit, turned on a few things, got up on the roof, and immediately figured out what was not working!
