Accord Hospice was extremely helpful while I was taking care of my husband during his last days. They were polite, professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I don't know if I could have done it on my own. They helped me with confidence and kept me in the know in every aspect of this process. My nurse, Cherie was wonderful and there for me, and my husband. They have a wonderful support team. All were great! This is my second time for using Hospice, and I highly recommend them. I can't imagine anyone going through the most vulnerable time of their lives without the support of this team. The Accord team was very helpful during a difficult time.
Accord Hospice was sponsoring a presentation on will preparation in St John's, Arizona this week. I phoned ahead of time to ensure the event was happening. I phoned again as we waited. No one from Accord ever showed up. Is their contact with our loved ones conducted with the same thoughtlessness?
It's hard to loose someone you love. Accord Hospice of the White Mountains supported me and my loved one till the end. I want to thank Brianna, his nurse, William, the Social worker, the Chaplin, who gave me kind words of strength and wisdom. Marie, who was there in the end with her loving hugs.
