Absolutely the worst repair company I have ever seen. I was hung up this morning. The technician was a no show and they have been out to see my refrigerator 3 times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I will be reporting them to the BBB.

All I can say is this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Extremely poor customer service. Untrained technicians My advice is to never use this company

Do not under any circumstances use Accord appliances for your appliance. The absolute in worst in customer service and reliability. This company replaced the motor of my dishwasher four months ago. It quite working last week. Again They sent out a technician that took a photograph of the dishwasher and said they would get back in touch with me, they did not. In fact American Shield, who's my insurer, said they fixed it and that a part was missing (Lower filter trap) and that all is okay, It was a blatant lie. So today I sit ... read more

American Home Shield (AHS) sent Accord Appliance Repair to my house to repair my refrigerator which is not making ice, no water on the dispenser and leaks under the filter on 7 Apr 22. Technician Roman showed up and looked at the issues of the refrigerator. He said he will order parts and will come back when the parts arrive. Roman came back on 20 Apr 22 with ice maker parts. My home warranty company contacted Accord Appliance in Temecula to schedule a repair visit for my Dishwasher that had a leak under the dishwasher. Accord came out an identified the part under dishwasher that was supposedly the cause of the water leaking during operation of the dishwasher. We waited 1 month for the part to arrive. Finally part arrived and Accord Appliance sent a service guy Raj to my house today March 26th and installed the new part. We called our insurance company about our dryer not working,210 home warranty.They set up an appointment with Accord Appliance Repair to come fix the problem on August 28th. We had been waiting a while just to get this appointment.The tech came out and supposedly fixed the problem by replacing two parts.About 10 minutes after he left, wife called me to say that the dryer stopped working again. I Made a request for repairs on my refrigerator on May 31, 2020 and American Shield to me that a service provider would contact me within next 24 hours. I received a call from Accord Appliance Friday, June 13, 2020 and advise me that a technician would come to my house for repairs on Saturday June 14, 2020 between 12 noon and 6 pm. I requested microwave and oven repair through American Home Shield (my home warranty company). They sent out Accord Appliance on January 7, 2020. Repairman stated he needed to order parts for both items. He would be back in 7 to 10 days. I called after 2 weeks and was told they had the microwave parts but still waiting on parts for the oven and they expected it to arrive on the 21st.
