I had an issue with my innova and called on Monday, Thursday the company had a repair person (Mark) drive 5 hours to get me going again. I had heard Accomplish Quilting has this wonderful service and let me tell you, it was amazing! I am so very pleased with the knowledge Mark had and so helpful with all my questions. When you purchase a machine you hope you will get the service that you are counting on if needed. With Accomplish Quilting, no need to wonder, as they stand by their products 100%. I had been having a hard time getting my machine to work properly, and had been waiting for a service tech who would come to my home and get me up and going. Well, that never worked out! I called Accomplished Quilting and they even made a special trip to their store to help me out. Just needed to bring in my machine.
