The hotel manager lies. We booked several weeks prior to our stay. When I was driving from the airport to the hotel, Steven call ed to tell me there was a plumbing issue & our room was flooded & they could not accommodate us. I said we were only 30 minutes away, so I would drop in to inspect the damage whilst they were helping us find alternative accommodation.
