Tracey, the property manager, tells me that business hours are M, W & F 8-4. IF I need maintenance on days that on any of those days and maintenance is out sick or at another location then I WILL be charged after hours service. I get treated differently in everything including they charge me during those hours for a clog toilet. When I call to leave a message after house to find out which day during the days & times I'm restricted to I'll have maintenance come do basic maintenance. I get treated in the most worst ways.
Since I've been placed here on the eastern shore of VA at one of Severn Management properties - Accomack Senior Village in Onancock, VA, I've been treated very badly - under scrutiny, under a lot of stress, treated very badly, discriminated against due to race, gender and disability.
