Very aggressive and rude staff at this business. Yes thats true. It was a misunderstanding on my part, but the way I was treated was quite bad. I had already packed and cleaned it was torrential rain also. The bus company let me stay in a safe place until the bus came. I just thought whoever spoke to me was overly rude and I was shaken. Yeah I left at 11 am so, with that I'll never use accomodation whitsunday again.

Our stay at the Airlie Beach resort was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the view of the beach was simply breathtaking. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. They were friendly & helpful. We can't wait to return to this beautiful place.
We had a few questions which we submitted through the website and someone returned our emails within a few minutes. Very professional and the house was terrific. Central location, nice neighborhood and neat house.
