We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Views. It was a very relaxed place to stay in & the views from the apartment were stunning. We just felt that the apartment was a bit tired looking & some of the furnishings could do with an update.
STEEP hill hard for kids and older people to walk up, the place had an unpleasant odour not worth the money. Internet was shocking.
Wow what a fabulous apartment we stayed in...the view was spectacular 😍
Very disappointing experience with our unit and the service. On our 10th trip to Hamilton island it was the first trip that we were told we would need to wait an hour for the valet at the airport with a 2 year old. Luckily the amazing staff from Hamorent came to the rescue and transferred our bags to the accomodation and loaned us a buggy to get down. When the cyclone came through and our flights were cancelled we were charged $40 more than what our room rate was and this is assuming that the room had already been paid for m... read more
Great stay at the Jasper property. Wonderful location and fantastic house. The only downside was the lack of provisions for our stay... Everywhere I have stayed in the last 6-7 years (hotels, airbnbs, homestays, holiday camps) has provided cleaning products for our entire stay - including shampoo and conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc etc for the entire stay.
